QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer high school diploma or equivalent. Uptodate or ability to obtain Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)/restraint certification and current first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training certification. A valid Arizona Commercial Driver License (CDL) passenger P and school bus S driver license endorsement.

Transportation Coordinator
JOB GOAL:
Safely and efficiently transports students abiding local state and/or federal guidelines and/or policies according to the set time schedule.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complies with local traffic regulations.
- Reports delays or accidents.
- Performs bus inspection according to Department of Public Safety guidelines.
- Implements and maintains appropriate discipline program(s).
- Provides a welcoming friendly and safe environment for students.
- Reads and understands map(s) and route instructions
- Operates twoway radio.
- Operates District buses and white fleet vehicles.
- Operates wheel chair lift properly and safely.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.

- Perform basic math including calculations using fractions percents and/or ratios.
- Read a variety of manuals; writes documents following prescribed formats and/or present information to others.
