About Us:
The Tru by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs Nashville is within quick access of I65 and located 10 minutes from downtown Franklin and 25 minutes from Nashville. The hotel is close to several local corporations Cools Springs Galleria and plenty of great restaurants. The hotel is located at1001 Knoll Top Lane Franklin TN 37067.
The Role:
As a Guest Services Representative youre not just handing out room keys youre creating memories for our guests. From warm welcomes to efficient checkouts youll be instrumental in making sure every detail of a guests stay is perfect. This is a fulltime position from 3PM11PM with weekend availability required.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests with a smile that sets the tone for their stay friendly relaxed and inviting.
- Assist guests with information about local hotspots hidden gems and hotel services.
- Manage room reservations modifications and cancellations.
- Turn challenges into opportunities resolving guest issues with patience and a cando attitude.
- Collaborate with the behindthescenes team to ensure guest requests are met.
- Contribute your valuable insights in team meetings and daily huddles to elevate our service game.
Your Skills and Style:
- Youve got a knack for customer service honed through past experiences preferably in hospitality.
- Your communication is clear friendly and professional.
- Attention to detail is your strong suit; no request slips through the cracks.
- Technology doesnt intimidate you youre comfortable with reservation software and basic systems.

- Your schedule flexibility means youre open to varied shifts weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is your foundation; any hospitality education is a plus.
