Lead and manage statutory audits from planning to completion making valuable client recommendations.
Prepare and review yearend accounts under FRS101 FRS102 and FRS1021A.
Collaborate closely with tax and advisory teams to provide clients with a seamless service.
Develop strong client relationships acting as a trusted adviser.
Mentor and support junior team members providing training and feedback.
Contribute to department improvements by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant audit experience.
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Clientfocused mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passionate about providing exceptional service and developing others.
