Location: Wrocaw / Warsaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity
We are looking for aPython Software Architect with AIwith experience in leading development teams who will join EY Digital team and strength our cloud competency in providing modern solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead development teams to create highquality software solutions utilizing objectoriented and functional programming techniques.
- Expertise in Cloud Microservices and Container Technologies to architect robust systems.
- Uphold best practices in coding and testing to ensure software excellence.
- Drive Agile methodologies CI/CD processes and integrate diverse technologies for cohesive onpremise and cloud solutions.
Skills and attributes for success
- A background of working with teams and development best practices.
- A willingness to be flexible in responding to issues as they occur and the ability to identify product/deployment improvements to mitigate future occurrences.
- Selfmotivated Strong communication and team building skills.
- Work iteratively in a team with continuous collaboration.
To qualify for the role you must have
- 8 years of experience in IT.
- Proficiency in Python 7 years).
- Proficiency in React/Typescript.
- Experience in AWS Azureor GCP.
- Proficient in AI tool integration(Bedrock Azure AI Ollama etc. and database technologies with a strong grasp of software architecture clean coding and testing methodologies.
- Skilled in source code management and adept at implementing CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software deployments.
Ideally youll also have
- Experience in leading project team(s) for external Clients
