As a Senior Product Design for our AI agents team you will take a systemsoriented approach to define the vision for creating a bestinclass AI automation platform. You will focus on making performance and reporting of our conversational AI agents digestible and actionable while collaborating closely with other designers in the space to ensure an optimal and consistent endtoend experience. Your role will be critical to the success of the AI agents product mission and help solidify Zendesk as a leading and differentiated AIpowered customer service automation platform.
You will get to collaborate mostly with teams in Poland Germany and Portugal but also distributed teams across AMER EMEA & APAC.
What you will get to do every single day
Live and breathe AI bots and data thinking about how artificial intelligence can transform the customer experience industry and make data driven decisions easy.
Partner with the product & engineering teams to research and develop new AI automation and bot capabilities for your customers.
Work across crossfunctional teams partnering with product managers engineers researchers and content strategists on developing designs from ideas to and ensuring a detailed approach to the design process.
Design interaction models flows wireframes and hifidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimise how customers interact with our products while partnering with other designers on the larger product vision.
Present design solutions to partners and senior executives defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
What you bring to the role
- 5 years of professional experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications (enterprise is a plus)
- 2 years of professional experience designing analytical dashboards or data driven user experiences.
- Prior experience with designing generative AI powered product experiences and AI enhanced workflows.
- Ability to operate in a technical environment and help visualize the impact of technical decisions on the global user experience.
- Proactive selfstarter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of communicating and prototyping design concepts rapidly at all levels of fidelity.
- A solid design process and collaboration mindset as well as the ability to educate product teams on how to best work with designers.
- A strong visual portfolio that showcases your work provides details of your role on projects and shows examples of functional designs that you have developed from start to finish.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
