RESSCO is looking for an experienced Maintenance TechnicianII for our community in Toledo OH. RESSCO owns and manages thousands of units in multiple states in the Midwest. Compensation: $19.00/hr to $23.00/hr depending on attitude and experience

Job Summary: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times general building and ground maintenance general maintenance of currently occupied apartments troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues appliance repair electrical work and plumbing and conducting movein/ move out inspections.
Key Qualifications

- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience of repair work
- Knowledge in HVAC painting drywall plumbing & electrical repairs
- A/C Certified Type III (Universal Preferred)
- Availability for rotation of afterhours emergency maintenance calls
- Must enjoy interacting with people with ability to develop rapport quickly
