Job Description
Amazons Ship Tech (STS) team is responsible for key technology that enables planning orchestration and of transportation service to deliver billions of packages to customer globally. Our goal is to ensure the best delivery experience for customers across all geographies through a highly scalable adaptive and autonomous transportation network.
We are looking for a product leader to drive improvements to Customer Delivery Experience and Cost to Serve Reduction. They will own critical Amazon services that leverage realtime insights and predictive supply chain data across our entire network to drive automation efficiency and visibility. These services allow us to identify problems that could impact ontime delivery take proactive actions to mitigate network and package level problems and keep customers informed on what is happening.
The ideal candidate is capable of breaking down and solving complex problems and has a strong will to get things done! You will work on real world problems on a global scale. You own your products endtoend and influence the direction of our product and technology which impacts hundredsofmillions of customers around the world. You are a handson pragmatic problem solver that easily balances tradeoffs between competing interests. You thrive in a fastmoving team environment where you are able to juggle complex dependencies and requirements while producing optimal solutions.
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
5 years of experience designing presenting and realizing innovative solution for supply chain and logistics especially with regards to process optimization and automation
5 years handson experience in outbound transportation and retail fulfillment processes
2 years experience with customer delivery experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
