Provide instruction and leadership to assigned speechlanguage pathologists (SLP) and licensed speechlanguage pathology assistants (SLPAs).Provide guidance in district expectation and processes to assess student progress on speech Individual Education Plans (IEPs) including training and technical and coordinate an ongoing evaluation of the district speech program and recommend changes based on individual and group staff development training on assigned topics to assist in the identifying and understanding of students with special and assist assigned staff to ensure appropriate and timely completion of assessment and Admission Review and Dismissal (ARD) committee paperwork. Assist with ordering inventory and distribution of materials and and maintain open communication and a professional relationship with SLPs SLPAs and support team effective communication skills to present information accurately and informed of and complies with state district and school regulations and maintain and file all paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
