ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR MARKETING RARE DISEASE BUSINESS UNIT TEPEZZA
The Associate Director Marketing will lead the development of the promotional tools leveraged by the sales team. This role partners with market research to generate the insights needed to support the evolution of the messaging for endocrinologists. As the Associate Director you would work collaboratively with digital marketing consumer marketing sales medical and patient services to ensure that communications are consistent and addressing the strategic imperatives in all channels.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 3 years of Marketing experience
OR
Masters degree and 5 years of Marketing experience
OR
Bachelors degree and 7 years of Marketing experience
OR
Associates degree and 12 years of Marketing experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior marketing and/or agency experience in healthcare
Rare disease experience
Experience creating marketing materials and taking them through internal review
Knowledge of the market research process and principles
Expertise working across multiple projects and managing multiple external vendors
Strong planning project management communication and organization skills
Teamoriented attitude ad excellent collaboration skills
Experienced in managing tactics through the regulatory approval process
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional proactive demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires approximately 1520 travel
