Job Description

As a Licensing Operations Coordinator youll have the opperunity to work closely with experienced professionals develop your skills and grow your career by providing internal and external licensing support.
Your Mission/Job Functions
Provide basic technical support remotely for EOS customer install base
be highly responsive to customer needs
Maintain call hours
Open service ticket in SAP for customer support
Place basic orders in SAP
Close call upon completion for ticket
Observe and maintain myEOS emails
Route calls in reference to myEOS insturctions and guidelines
Work closely with 2nd level support to ensure local instal base is maintained to company standards
Collection of customer and machine data for further evaluation and processing steps by TSE
Support software sales goals for growth and establishing software value for customers and interal stakeholders.
Promote process improvements for licensing and software sales to enhance overall department efficiency.
Your Talents/Qualifications
Two to three years of customer service experience in a technology field
Demonstrated ability to mine data across mutiple systems
Service standards: Account ownership and customer satisfaction
Computer knowledge (PCconfiguration MSWindows Network knowledge MS Office)
Ability to work independently and cope with high pressure
Team oriented flexibility and adaptability
Cost consciousness
Professional apperance great communication skills and professional conduct is a must
International travel is required on an annual basis
Valid drivers license and passport
Ability to rent a car
