In this Senior Software Engineer Integration role you will
- Design implement and maintain high resilience supergraph solutions to drive modern integration capabilities.
- Develop and manage eventdriven architecture to improve system responsiveness scalability and flexibility.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to embed supergraph capabilities that meet critical business needs and improve timetomarket.
- Lead efforts to modernise and consolidate existing platforms driving performance improvements and reducing technical debt.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices innovation and emerging technologies in supergraphs and eventdriven systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand needs provide technical direction and ensure alignment with the integration strategy.
- Mentor and coach team members fostering a highperformance collaborative team culture.
What youll bring
- Strong experience in software engineering with a strong focus on designing and delivering largescale complex systems.
- Proven expertise in building and managing supergraphs and implementing eventdriven architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in leading highimpact platform modernisation and transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of GraphQL microservices architecture and associated best practices.
- Strong programming skills in Java or equivalent modern languages with experience in cloudnative development.
- Excellent people management skills with a history of mentoring and leading highperforming technical teams.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and make datadriven decisions.
