The Field Service Manager is directly responsible for the successful delivery and of Hachs field service contract and ondemand obligations recruiting hiring and developing Field Service Technicians (FSTs) tracking business and operational trends and enhancing the customerHach relationship.

The position reports to the Senior Field Service Manager and is looking for candidates remotely based in NH VT ME MA RI NY CT.

In this role a typical day will look like:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by making periodic contact/visits exploring specific needs resolving problems and establishing service strategies.

  • Follow environmental health and safe work policies of both Hach and the customer.

  • Drive safety quality delivery inventory and productivity initiatives. Track and analyze data to identify and respond to volumes trends and drivers

  • Review customer service contracts and adjust planned FST effort requirements.

  • Travel to customer sites and ride along with FSTs to evaluate performance build relationships and evaluate compliance with standard work.

  • Evaluate associate skillsets maintain skills matrix identify and plan development and growth opportunities; build talent funnel.

  • Engage in active performance management activities including associate recognition training coaching and discipline.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required

  • 3 or more years of leadership and performance management experience.

  • Availability to travel for at least two weeks per month.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $105000 $112000 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
