Roles and Responsibilities:
Admissions Process Management:
Oversee the endtoend admissions processensuring adherence to institutional policies regulatory requirements andestablished timelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentationof applicant information admissions decisions and enrolment data.
Student Counselling and Guidance:
Provide personalised counselling and guidanceto prospective students and their parents addressing inquiries related toprograms admissions requirements scholarships and career prospects.
Conduct individual and group counsellingsessions to assist students in making informed decisions about theireducational journey and program selection.
Stay updated on industry trends designdisciplines and emerging career opportunities to provide relevant anduptodate information to students.
Admissions Marketing and Communication:
Collaborate with the marketing andcommunications team to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies toattract prospective students.
Ensure consistent and accurate information isprovided through various communication channels including the institutionswebsite brochures social media platforms and email campaigns.
Monitor and respond to inquiries receivedthrough various communication channels promptly and professionally.
Ensure student satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive salesstrategy to achieve enrolment targets and maximise student recruitment.
Conduct market research and analysis toidentify target segments competitive landscape and potential partnerships toenhance sales efforts.
Provide inputs for sales forecasts andreports for management review and decision making. Analyse admissions data andprovide regular reports to the Head of Counselling & Admissionshighlighting enrolment trends conversion rates and other key Metrics.
Data Management and Analysis:
Collect organise and analyse admissionsdata to generate insights and trends related to student recruitment andenrolment.
Utilise data analysis to identify areas for improvementin the admissions process and develop strategies to enhance recruitmentefforts.
Liaison with AcademicDepartments:
Administrative management / Operations Management:
Keep aconstant communication with students faculty members parents and staff
Control and maintain the discipline imposed byEIL to students and faculty members
Trackmonitor analyze and compile data related to attendance assignments andsubmissions
Oversee facility management includingmaintenance security and safety protocols.
Collaborate with other departments within EILto streamline operations and optimize resources.
Provide guidance and support to faculty incurriculum development instructional strategies and assessment methods.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience 5 Years in student counseling (Education Industry is preferred) &Project Management
QualificationAny bachelors or masters Degree.
AutonomousEnthusiastic and Motivated.
