The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for all detailed processes in connection with manufacturing routings time studies and N/C programs. This role will review new releases for design and manufacturing and support with recommendations for new equipment and tooling. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide shop support to aid in improving the coordination and collaboration between Engineering and Operations departments.
YOUR IMPACT:

Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
Responsible for completion of a project or parts of multiple projects of complexity on time and utilize lean/six sigma principles and methodologies in making process improvements.
Performs complex engineering calculations investigations and prepares delivery of plans designs computation methods and/or reporting.
Analyze production metrics to identify trends bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Determine appropriate assembly fixturing that are complex in nature.
Review and select required special tooling and equipment.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve throughput reduce waste and increase cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Production team and Operations/Engineering teams.
Develop and support recommendations for new equipment and tooling.
Train operators and junior engineers on processes tools and best practices.
Act as a mentor fostering the development of team members.
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Operations Engineering or related field.
Five 5 or more years of experience.
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Proficiency in CAD CAM or other manufacturing software tools.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Pay Range:
$82000.00 $132800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
