Job Description
Our longterm construction client in North Charleston SC is looking for a Project Coordinator for their growing company. In this role you will be responsible for working with the Project Managers to ensure the participation of crossfunctional stakeholders in furthering project goals. You would be the liaison between the Project Managers and the accounting department. With organization and prioritization skills this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Position Overview:
- Maintain physical files for AP/ AR.
- Sync QB with daily and fix any errors that arise
- Process Invoices through for payment
- Code Payroll and fuel expenses by job
- Verify expense reports
- Obtain and file project permits
- Gather organize match & input aggregate & Soil Materials
- Submit vendor applications
- Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain sitespecific safety data sheets
- Obtain and file project permits.
Qualifications:
- AA in accounting or a related field is preferred
- 3 years of general accounting experience is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required.
- 1 years of Construction accounting experience is required.
This is an onsite in North Charleston full time 9:30am5:30pm MF) role that is permanent.
Salary: $55K$65K per year; full benefits (medical dental vision) paid vacation sick and holidays
