Anaplan seeks a tenacious FP&A Manager to join our GTM Finance Team primarily partnering with the VP Professional Services and his Operations team. Our new hire will support Professional Services teams to achieve business and financial goals for the organization and be part of the GTM Finance team to do topline and P&L analysis and projects.

Your Impact

• Build positive relationships with crucial business partners by using business skills to draw insightful recommendations from data analysis
• Manage endtoend P&L including topline revenue metrics for SaaS and PS resource allocation Headcount and Opex management for key GTM functions by partnering with Recruiting Sales Ops and Sales leaders
• Deliver analysis and reporting of the businesss financial results including variances to plan ensuring key issues risks and business drivers are understood and highlighted
• Analyze key performance indicators financial trends and develop key insights and recommendations
• Build strong collaborative relationships with key partners to drive operational efficiency
• Perform adhoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management
• Provide insightful and useful recommendations for decisionmaking by demonstrating Anaplans platform and data analysis
• Lead Sales forecasting processes (monthly quarterly and Annual forecasts scenario modeling)
• Drive improved management reporting working with Operations and Accounting to track financial results more discreetly and accurately
• Develop repeatable business operational and financial processes widely understood by all key partners
• Build detailed financial scenariobased models to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives
• Own the longrange planning model and support crossfunctional communication and updates on key drivers

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree preferred
• 8 years of FP&A or business finance experience including experience at a global company
• Public Accounting experience
• Ability to draw conclusions from data
• Proven track record of working in a fastpaced quickly changing environment
• Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence appropriately
• Strong communication analytical and problemsolving skills
• Skilled at building financial models to help automate and scale and build dashboards for seamless executive reviews
