What Were Looking For
As the Workshop Manager youll be part of a small team working alongside a Bike Mechanic and taking charge of PSNs high end bikes and component inventory ensuring everything is prepped and ready for our fastpaced production schedules. Youll be working across our multiple channels to ensure our bikes and tech are in perfect condition for video shoots marketing campaigns and more. Whether youre assembling bikes or managing logistics youll play a key role in ensuring our production process runs smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Manage Inventory: Keep track of PSNs extensive bike and component inventory ensuring everything is where it needs to be and ready for action.
- Prepare Bikes & Components: Build and assemble bikes and mechanical components according to video and presenter requirements. Perform diagnostic tests repairs and ensure maximum reliability.
- Work With Production: Coordinate with the Production Director and senior staff to ensure bikes and components are prepared ahead of video shoots and campaigns.
- Coordinate Logistics: Handle the reception delivery and organization of bikes components and props. Liaise with commercial partners for sponsored content.
- OnCamera Opportunities: As a tech expert you may appear in videos to share your knowledge and assist with techbased script writing across all our channels.
- Ensure Quality Control: Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and budgets while ensuring the highest quality of bike builds and repairs.
What Were Looking For in You
- Cycling Knowledge: Experience and/or Cytech Advanced Training (ideally up to or exceeding Technical 3. Familiarity with highend MTB road triathlon and ebikes.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern bike mechanics including bleeding disc brakes suspension servicing and bearing overhauls.
- Organisational Skills: Strong experience managing bike and component logistics working with booking systems and maintaining meticulous records.
- TechSavvy: Familiarity with Macintosh computers and Googlebased software is preferred. Bonus points if youre comfortable working with video production teams!
- Communication Skills: A keen eye for detail especially when reviewing techbased scripts for factual accuracy.
- Passion for Bikes: A love for cycling whether its road biking mountain biking or triathlon its a passion we want to share with our viewers.
Additional Requirements
- Full driving licence and ability to travel within the UK (and EU occasionally).
- Experience in online video production is desirable.
- Occasional travel may be required for shoots both domestically and abroad.
- A passion for cycling is essential youll even get the chance to join team rides throughout the year!

Working Hours
- Core hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday (with an hour lunch break).
- Occasional outofhours work may be required to meet production deadlines including weekends or bank holidays (Time off in Lieu Policy applies).
