Quel est le rle en question
Relevant du responsable de quart Service la clientele lAdministrateur/lAdministratrice Systme de Soutien aidera nos client(e)s avec leurs demandes techniques dans un environnement dynamique qui offre plusieurs dfis techniques. LAdministrateur/lAdministratrice Systme de Soutien travaillera un horaire fixe soit de dimanche au jeudi de 6h30 15h 5 jours par semaine) ou de dimanche au mercredi de 6h30 17h 4 jours par semaines) pour un total de 40 heures par semaine.
Responsabilits
- Communiquer rgulirement avec nos clients par tlphone ainsi que par le biais de notre systme de billetterie
- Effectuer plusieurs requtes techniques
- Rsoudre des problmatiques divers de logiciel de matriel et/ou de rseau
- Effectuer des tches connexes
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Au moins 2 ans dexprience professionnelle administrer les technologies suivantes dans un environnement de production:
- Linux (prfrence pour CentOS/Almalinux Debian/Ubuntu)
- Apache MySQL/MariaDB PHP DNS FTP Domaines serveur de messagerie)
- Serveur Windows (administration IIS etc)
- Au moins 2 ans dexprience professionnelle rsoudre des problmatiques logiciels matriels et rseaux dans un environnement de production
- Maitrise de la ligne de commande Linux
- Bonne capacit crite et parle en franais et en anglais
- Vous collaborez bien avec les autres avez de linitiative et avez une forte capacit travailler de faon autonome
- Vous dmontrez du professionnalisme du ownership vous priorisez bien et travaillez bien sous pression
- Patience empathie curiosit et attitude positive

Job Location: Montreal (Nuns Island)
What is the role
Reporting to the Shift Leader Customer Care the System Support Administrator will assist our clients with their technical requests in a dynamic environment that offers various technical challenges. The System Support Administrator will work a fixed schedule from Sunday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. 5 days a week) or Sunday to Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 4 days a week) for a total of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Regularly communicate with our clients by phone and through our ticketing system
- Handle multiple technical requests
- Resolve various software hardware and/or network issues
- Perform related tasks
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of professional experience administering the following technologies in a production environment:
- Linux (preference for CentOS/Almalinux Debian/Ubuntu)
- Apache MySQL/MariaDB PHP DNS FTP Domains mail server)
- Windows server (administration IIS etc.
- At least 2 years of professional experience solving software hardware and network issues in a production environment
- Proficiency in the Linux command line
- Strong written and spoken skills in French and English
- You collaborate well with others take initiative and have a strong ability to work independently.
- You demonstrate professionalism ownership prioritize well and work well under pressure.
- Patience empathy curiosity and a positive attitude are essential.
