Were looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Counter Sales Representative to join our team! In this key role youll assist customers with appliance and air conditioning parts sales ensuring a friendly and knowledgeable experience every time.

- Greet customers with a warm welcoming attitude
- Help identify and locate replacement parts using schematics descriptions or model numbers
- Answer phones and assist with incoming calls
- Recommend and order both instock and specialorder parts
- Process transactions returns and orders accurately
- Maintain a clean organized and professional store appearance
- Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- People skills you love helping others!
- Appliance parts experience a plus but not required
- Comfortable handling multiple calls and tasks
- Energetic positive and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Strong computer and timemanagement skills
- A team player with a cando attitude
As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.
Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
