About the role
Holy Spirit Catholic School Cranbrook is seeking a dedicated School Officer Assisting Student Learning (ASL) to commence as soon as practicable. This role is a term time fixed term position working 25 hours per week for the duration of the 2025 school year.
The School Officer Assisting Student Learning (ASL) works under the direction and supervision of a teacher to provide learning and classroom support to all students including students who have identified additional needs to access and participate in schooling. This role requiresthe School Officer to provide support to students with complex communication needs engaging in communication in nonverbal formats. Providing support in all areas of the students needs including toileting transfers and signs of medical attention required. The School Officer is willing to work in a team to provide adequate support.
