As a MarTech Engineer Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform business strategies and drive performance. You will work closely with crossfunctional Adobe and client teams to design develop and implement advanced analytical solutions. Your expertise in Python/R SQL Power BI Power Apps Advanced Analytics and Databricks will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced data models reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Utilize Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights.
- Design and implement machine learning models using AWS SageMaker for predictive analytics.
- Create and manage complex SQL queries to extract manipulate and analyze data from various sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps to streamline business processes.
- Perform data mining cleaning and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Utilize Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics.
- Conduct thorough data and statistical analysis to support business decisionmaking.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Business Analytics or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role focusing on advanced analytics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in complex query writing and database management.
- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with Power Apps for developing custom applications and automation.
- Handson experience with AWS SageMaker for machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other BI tools and platforms (e.g. Tableau QlikView).
- Knowledge of cloud computing and data warehousing solutions (e.g. AWS Redshift Snowflake).
- Certification in relevant BI and analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate AWS Certified Machine Learning).
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
