As the Senior Business Analyst in Nab Hive you will:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders such as customer support legal risk and the Business Product Owner for business outcomes in a switch replacement program.
- Come together as a team to refine the backlogof through prioritisation estimation and decision making to maximise the value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned to business value.
- Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support the change manager with Business Impact Assessments.
- Utilise your strong communication and ability to influence others when coordinating and engaging with stakeholders and teams to achieve end to end outcomes.
- Support the Product Owners to define the business value and required outcomes.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Business Analyst role ideally within Financial Services along with indepth understanding of financial products systems and processes.
- Comfortable leading workshops in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery development and operational usage stage of change.
- Proven analytical skills and evidencebased decision making.
- Demonstrated experience in Payment Switch highly desirable.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Ability to communicate a vision to key stakeholders and teams and working with product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features epics stories and goals for individual sprints.
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues problem solving and analysis.
