We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and partner with the General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest and team experience.

What You Will Do:
Oversee and support daytoday operations across front and backofhouse
Coach and develop hourly managers and staff to meet performance goals
Support the General Manager with scheduling staffing shift and training
Monitor cost of sales labor and controllable expenses with an ownership mindset
Foster a solutiondriven team culture rooted in Carolina Hospitality
Ensure compliance with all legal operational and safety standards
Communicate effectively with guests team members and Home Office leadership
Represent the Oceanic brand with professionalism and build community relationships
What Were Looking For:
Restaurant management experience in a fullservice or upscale casual dining environment
Strong leadership skills and a handson management approach
Proven ability to build and lead effective teams in highvolume settings
Detailoriented with strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills
