Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- KIA Master tech a plus

Responsibilities
- Ensure technicians are trained to properly repair each job assigned
- Ensures appropriate training of all technicians
- Ensures technicians fully utilize the available resources of the service department
- Monitor all in repairs in progress and intercede when necessary to expedite repair completion
- Serve as a liaison between the service manager service advisors dispatcher parts personal technicians warranty administration and clients
