What you will do
Responsibilities include but are not limited toassistingthe Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination/ documentation ordering of equipment for Install base projects including daytoday general office duties as assigned for fire alarmsuppressionand sprinkler.
How you will do it
Operations Administrative Support uploading and Maintaining Projects and Contracts via Job Design/ BBI
Monitor status of small projects (fire alarm suppression sprinkler)
Communicate with customers and sale reps as to when material and/or labor isrequired.
Ensure that required engineering is performed to meet customerexpectations.
Coordinate with TIS supervisor and/or construction manager customers laborrequirements.
Order equipment ensure that customer receives material whenneeded.
Report to department managers project status.
Processchangeorders releasing equipment filing Certificate of Insurance Warranty Letters
Billing of projects; compiling backups such as Certified Payroll work tickets etc.
Handling customer/ contract disputes as needed.
Coordinate delivery of equipment to the jobsite
Coordinate delivery of closeoutdocuments
Creation of purchase orders for subcontractors
Procurement and verification of project schedules
Attend work in progressmeetings.
Tracking of project RFIs change orders and other pertinentdocumentation.
Coordination/ Follow Ups with Sales Teamregardingproject bookings; releasing of jobs from COE/ Credit holds etc.
Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Act as the facilitator and pointperson for information sharing between OTC District and select customers as directed byACSM
Support Dispute Resolution in resolving disputes when requested by the AR Collectors or the Dispute team.
Contact customers when identified as necessary as part of DMS or forvery simplereasons.

Required
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Word EXCEL Power Point
Knowledge of ACEOASys Job Cost Systems
Valid drivers license witha good drivingrecord
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence todeadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized detail oriented and selfmotivating.
Must Pass a preemployment background check and drugscreen
Positive Attitudea must
Punctual and Accountable
Experience dealing withcustomers
Preferred
Associates Degreepreferred
3 to 5 years of related experience
Experience in a highvolume customer serviceoriented position
Electrical/ Construction industry experience ishelpful
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $3037 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
