Technical Clarification Specialist CTP

Location: Kennesaw GA

What we are looking for:

Primary purpose is providing technical clarification to reduce planned and unplanned downtime for our CTP customer base. Work closely with the Lifecycle Operations Team to help control costs and maximize contract profitability for all onsite service scheduling and phone support assistance. Analyze and troubleshoot all CTP problems in a timely manner. Provide detailed reporting to the Technical Analysts / Specialists whenever necessary. The position is embedded in the Global Solution Center Americas.

What you will do:

  • Provide technical support to reduce downtime for our installed customer base.
  • Work closely with 3rd party Vendors on technical side based on the service level agreements.
  • Maintain product knowledge via internal training selfguided training and on the job training.
  • Assist with clarification on spare parts and retrofits.
  • Available to perform repairs to machines in the field upon supervisors approval.
  • Provide basic sales support on the technical side.

Skills:

  • Strong computer skills including Word Excel Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels inside and outside of theorganization
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and arrive to soundconclusions

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or Equivalent
  • One year experience in similar position

Travel:

May be required to travel outside of the country.
