The Business Consultant is responsible for the daytoday relationships management of a client portfolio and for the delivery of the (Mx) Media Experience services by facilitating the connection between Business client teams and Intelligence / Media Development / Measurement teams.Mission & Responsibilities
- Support thedelivery of Mx brief for aclient
- Support Business Consulting Manager toensure the respect ofguidelinesas well asthealignmentintheexpected deliveriesand deadlinesacross teams
- Connect withtheIntelligenceandMedia Developmentteamsto provide to client efficient and valuable media operationsin alignment with Mx brief processesand initial objectives
- Ensure the delivery of mediaexperiencefor the client portfolio
- Contribute to the client satisfaction
- Contribute to the production ofmedia reportsfor the client
- Ensure the reconciliation of campaigns with initial brief
- Provide to theBusinessConsulting Manager necessary information of her/his client portfolio for financial monthly update and P&L report
- SupportBusinessManaging Partner in achieving performance: monthly overview of local P&L best practice and guidance
Previous experience & Industry background
- 2 years experience in client servicing or media planning
- Media Industry Tech Industry Trading Desk
Qualifications & Languages
- Masters Degree in Business Marketing Advertising
- Languages: English (Intermediate)
