In this Business Banker role reporting into Chris Waterson you will..

  • Take charge of every step in the lending journey ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for brokers and customers with lending facilities

  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering and delivering on customers bank of choice priorities while addressing their broader financial and nonlending needs

  • Lead the way in maintaining toptier service standards for commercial brokers ensuring NABs service excellence shines through in every interaction with customers and brokers

  • Collaborate closely with the BDM team to inspire innovation boost performance and achieve ongoing success together

  • Showcase tailored products and services designed exclusively for small business customers brought in by premium brokers driving value and fostering strong partnerships
