Required Skills: Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:
Must Have:
- Proven expertise in supply chain analytics across domains such as demand forecasting inventory optimization logistics segmentation and network design
- Well versed and handson experience of working on optimization methods like linear programming mixed integer programming scheduling optimization. Having understanding of working on third party optimization solvers like Gurobi will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in forecasting techniques (e.g. HoltWinters ARIMA ARIMAX SARIMA SARIMAX FBProphet NBeats) and machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised)
- Possesses strong knowledge of statistics including statistical tests and distributions.
- Possesses a strong understanding of data preparation and analysis including exploratory data analysis data preparation and feature engineering.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in various algorithms including traditional ensemble and deep learning algorithms
- Handson experience with machine learning frameworks: scikitlearn H2O TensorFlow PyTorch MLlib etc.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python/PySpark/Scala SQL
- Experience in cloudbased model deployment (Azure ML Azure Databricks GCP Vertex AI AWS SageMaker)
- Familiarity with MLOps containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow)
- Strong presentation and stakeholders communication
- Experience building impactful dashboards using Power BI Tableau AWS QuickSight
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at the executive level
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project and analysis plans collaborating closely with Project Managers for optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert advising USbased consultants and clients on data formalization and use case clarity.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to drive and conduct comprehensive analyses while coaching junior team members.
- Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of deliverables.
- Validate analysis outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders including client teams to align expectations.
- Craft compelling storylines and presentations for both client teams and project leadership to convey insights effectively.
- Lead strategic analytics programs from vision to ensuring alignment with business objectives and impact.
- Act as a thought partner to clients guiding analytics strategy roadmap development and transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured analytical solutions using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate across technology operations and business consulting teams to ensure seamless integrated delivery.
