About the Role:
Join a dynamic team leading the provision of quality care to clients of the Investigational Service for Cancer and Applied Medical Research units.
Contribute to the delivery of cuttingedge international clinical trials including innovative Phase 1 trials and local investigatorled collaborative studies.
Work at St Vincents Hospital a major clinical trials centre in Australia providing access to ground breaking research areas such as HIV/immunology heart and lung medicine/transplantation neurology alcohol and drug rehabilitation and oncology/haematology.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of care and efficient patient management within the clinical trials environment.
Participate in and contribute to highlevel research initiatives ensuring continuous advancement in clinical practice and patient outcomes.
Foster an environment of innovation and excellence supporting both patient care and research development.
About You:
Alignment with Mission and Values: Demonstrated personal integrity and a strong commitment to the Philosophy Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincents Health Australia.
Qualifications and Experience: Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no conditions on scope of practice and holding postregistration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills/experience. Availability for oncall and weekend work as per roster requirements.
Clinical Expertise: Significant experience and a high level of competence in providing clinical pharmacy services including a strong understanding of oncology/haematology and clinical trials governance/regulatory principles.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop highquality written guidelines procedures educational research or business materials.
Leadership and Staff Development: Proven ability to effectively role model champion teamwork and manage and develop staff both formally and informally.
ProblemSolving and Initiative Development: Demonstrated skills in managing a complex workload problemsolving and the development and implementation of initiatives.
Professional Development Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
