About the Role:
The Manager Data Operations will oversee the development and ongoing operation one of our largest brands. This role requires a strong familiarity with analytics and technology tools both syndicated and proprietary. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities build strong relationships with internal teams and external client stakeholders and contribute to the growth and development of the data operation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Operations: Actively engage in the development implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive data management and integrity programme. This will include establishing data collection transformation and distribution processes quality control and troubleshooting and the delivery of reporting applications.
- Process Governance: Work with onshore and offshore teams to set tasks allocate resources and review progress. Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions. Ensure consistent and comprehensive documentation of datarelated projects and processes.
- Data Quality Control: Act as the subject matter expert for issues relating to data quality and compliance with business logic. Maintain systems for data cleansing QA and error correction. Ensure errors and omissions are corrected quickly and that noncompliance is escalated appropriately.
- Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Provide guidance to the wider Data Operations team and proactively engage Data Operations leadership to identify innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

Experience & Skills Needed:
- Experience in an advertising agency; Ad Operations Analytics or Digital Investment is preferred.
- Experience in data governance and data quality processes in a Data Warehousing ETL and Business Intelligence environment.
- Knowledge and experience across multiple media channels (digital search social offline etc..
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills multitasking capabilities and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working with budgets numbers and scoping exercises.
- Strong Excel skills required.
