The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver worldclass experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Boutique Management Team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for selling clothes delivering worldclass client experiences and building loyal client relationships.

You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the region through inspirational leadership and robust partnership with crossfunctional partners. THE ROLE

As the Director Retail you will lead the team to:

• Sell clothes deliver worldclass experiences and build loyal client relationships
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time
• Seamlessly own or escalate the invisible details that enable an exceptional shopping experience
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALITIFICATIONS

The Director Retail has:

• Proven and bestinclass skills education and/or applicable certifications
• A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with crossfunctional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
• The skills and/or education that are an asset to perform in the role and the commitment to continuously learn and develop oneself and inspire growth in others
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
• A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus.
