About the Role
MacKillop Family Services is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander professional to lead the design delivery and evaluation of cultural awareness training across the organisation. As a key member of our Learning and Development team youll shape cultural education initiatives that build a culturally safe and inclusive workforce.
This role delivers both online and inperson training weekly and plays a strategic role in embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout the organisation.
Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

We now looking forward to launching and implementing our 3rd RAP (Stretch RAP) continuing to build meaningful partnerships and alliances with Aboriginal communities.
