Spectro Alloys is a leader in aluminum recycling and were growing our maintenance team! Were hiring a Maintenance Technician Buildings & Grounds to keep our facility safe clean and running smoothly. What Will You Be Doing
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Spectro Alloys your work will directly impact the success of the team. When the equipment runs smoothly production goals are met and everyone shares in the success. Your skills will ensure our operations run like clockwork helping to keep machinery up and running while making a significant impact on team and company performance.
Your daytoday responsibilities include:
- Perform routine upkeep and repair on the building and grounds
- Handle snow removal lawn care and landscaping tasks
- Operate tools and equipment for cleaning groundskeeping and basic building maintenance
- Inspect and help repair small equipment and vehicles
- Maintain safety standards across all tasks (we provide training!
- Assist with painting carpentry and office furniture moves
- Use floorcleaning and streetsweeping equipment around the facility
- Coordinate with contractors (e.g. pest control) as needed
- Keep things organized and stocked (request tools and supplies when needed)
- Be ready for all kinds of weatherwe work inside and out yearround!
Who Were Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Mechanical curiosity and pride in doing things right the first time
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (well train you if needed!
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required

To join the Spectro Alloys team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician were looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements:
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in both heat and cold environments (we keep it real but weve got you covered with safety gear)
Background & Screening:
Must be able to pass a background check physical exam and drug screen (Safety first!
Positive Attitude & Motivation:
- A strong desire to learn grow and contribute to the team
- Ready to take on new challenges in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Maintenance and Production teams.
- Excellent attendance and strong time management skills
- Positive reliable attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge Skill and Ability:
- 2 year of mechanical experience or equivalent background
- Problemsolving skills for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Ability to safely use tools .
