Job Summary
This is a role within Systems Finance group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Responsible for review of codes and standard cost update for all new items created and (ii) Responsible for monthend inventory valuation accuracy; perform monthend inventory reconciliations and various journal entries as needed. Requires 35 Years and a minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for review of codes and standard cost update for all new items created
Responsible for monthend inventory valuation accuracy; perform monthend inventory reconciliations and various journal entries as needed
Review and analysis of cost variances for various commodities for sourcing group
Maintain product category codes and analysis of product costs and margins
Responsible for maintaining standard costs and the periodic standard cost rollup
Responsible for analysis of quarterly labor and overhead calculations in both manufacturing facilities
Analytical review for whatif standard cost updates using Cost Analysis Workbench
Maintain all Department/Work Center/Resource rates within ERP system
Work with inventory personnel to monitor cycle count program and various adjustments needed to maintain accurate QOH
Review and evaluate ECN updates and followup with item standard cost updates needed
Work with R&D group to ensure accurate costing for new/revised product offering
Work with sales executives to assist analysis for product margins to establish pricing adjustments
Assist with Dealer Commission preparation
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Groups and Systems reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $68900.00$111200.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or experience. In addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a shortterm incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
