Job Description
Machine Operator
Department: Production
Industry: Tyre Manufacturing MNC
Job Description:
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and highquality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
Production Process Duties:
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Quality Control Tasks:
- Conduct regular quality checks during production.
- Report any defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Ensure compliance with the companys quality standards.
Safety and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Shifts:
- 7 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 11 PM
- 11 PM to 7 AM
Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)
Note: Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & Bihar
Interviews: Online
Medical Test: Mandatory postselection
Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)
Age: 1825 years
Gender: Male & Female

Requirements:* Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
Experience: Fresher
Documents Required:
- Resume
- 10th and 12th mark sheets
- ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates
- Provisional and Transfer certificates
- Aadhar Card PAN Card
- Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed)
- 5 Passportsize photos
Benefits
- 17000 per month for Diploma holders
- 16000 per month for ITI holders
