Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites you to embark on an exciting journey as a Front Desk Supervisor for the spectacular Remi Hotel a new build Autograph Collection. Nestled in the pulsating heart of downtown Scottsdales Entertainment District this 161room gem combines classic western elements with bold modern motifs redefining the desert aesthetic and attitude. Its five food and beverage outlets range from a 1940s inspired caf on the ground level to a seductive Miamistyle rooftop pool deck and bar reflective of the orange groves of Morocco.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- As our Front Desk Supervisor you will be working with our Front Office team providing guidance and leadership to Front Desk associates and ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered.
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Use a positive and clear speaking voice listen to and understand requests respond with appropriate actions and provide.
- Promptly complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate.
- Promote Crescent and brand specific marketing programs.
- Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs.
- Code electronic keys.
- Nonverbally confirm the room number and rate.
- Provide welcome folders containing room keys and certificates as appropriate.
- Close out guest accounts at time of check out.
- In the event of dissatisfaction negotiate compromise which may include authorizing revenue allowances.
- Train discipline and monitor performance of team members and
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- One year front desk supervisor experience is preferred.
- Marriott brand service and systems experience is highly preferred.
- Requires standing and continual mobility throughout front office area.
