As the Consultant Product Owner 9 month & 12 month fixed term contract opportunities you will be joining the Digital Channels team thats doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Drive world class simple and intuitive experiences within digital channels to partner collaboratively with other areas of the organisation and enable delivery of prioritised digital features and innovation.
- Represent the voice of the customer and implement the vision and roadmap for a product/set of features by translating the strategy into executable solutions and prioritising and shaping digital initiatives that will deliver to domain objectives.
- Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives features and user stories.
- Work within cross functional teams comprising of developers business analysts architects and designers to execute prioritised initiatives which will deliver on the digital channel roadmap.
- Build trusted and influential relationships with teams across organisation.
- Enable delivery through responding to key questions make decisions review work items plan track & report progress measure success & learnings.
- Act as a digital subject matter expert.
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Previous experience within Digital for example as a Digital Product Owner Digital Business Analyst Product Designer and/or any other Agile Delivery role is beneficial.
- Experience developing articulating and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieved the intended outcomes.
- Proven track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business.
- Experience working in an agile environment and with the humancentred design approach.
- Customer Impact: considers customer needs and actions adds value for the customer.
- Demonstratable business acumen by understanding business drivers and having financial & commercial orientation.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and use influence.
