Join The Joint Chiropractic Team in Westchester New York!

Were hiring both fulltime and parttime Wellness Coordinators to join our team at our new location in New Rochelle NY! Were looking for individuals who are friendly proactive and organized to help create an exceptional experience for our patients.

As a Wellness Coordinator youll be the first point of contact for patientsgreeting them warmly and guiding them through their visit from checkin to checkout. Youll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences supporting daily clinic operations providing front desk management and administrative support educating patients about our wellness offerings and contributing to our membership sales goals.

This is a customerfacing role perfect for someone passionate about wellness skilled in multitasking and sales and excited to be part of a team committed to helping people live healthier lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service

Educate patients on The Joints wellness services membership plans packages and promotions

Confidently present and sell memberships to meet clinic sales goals

Assist patients with intake forms and ensure all documentation and accounts are accurate and up to date

Manage front desk operations: appointment scheduling patient checkins/checkouts and phone inquiries

Complete transactions using pointofsale software and maintain accurate financial records

Reengage inactive members.

Support chiropractors and clinic staff with administrative and operational tasks

Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized and efficient manner

Participate in marketing and community outreach to help attract new patients

Keep management informed of patient concerns and follow all clinic policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized clinic and workspace

Foster a positive team environment and support overall clinic goals

Willingness to learn grow and take on new challenges Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting

Schedule Requirements:

PartTime: 2224 hours/week * Both part time & full times opportunities available*

FullTime: 40 hours/week (Saturdays required) Salary $18/hr $20/hr

Hours vary by role; general hours are MondayFriday: 10 AM7 PM Saturday: 10 AM5 PM

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience

Office management or marketing experience is a plus

Current or past chiropractic patient experience is a plus

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

Driven ambitious and motivated to grow within the company

Positive cando attitude with a teamfirst mindset

Strong phone computer and communication skills

Healthconscious and committed to a wellness lifestyle

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Able to thrive in a fun fastpaced teamoriented environment

Customer service focused with excellent interpersonal skills
