About the Role
We are seeking a digitally native and proactive Social Media Manager to elevate the digital presence of a heritage spirits brand group. This role is ideal for a creative individual who understands modern content marketing and can drive engagement across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to align content with overall marketing goals and has the potential to expand into a full marketing team buildout if successful.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development: Create and implement engaging content strategies across Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation and Scheduling: Develop and schedule posts reels and stories that drive brand engagement and sales.
- UserGenerated Content (UGC): Source and incorporate UGC leverage trends and track performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with leadership to align content with overall marketing goals and collaborate with senior marketing leadership to enhance digital campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of digital and social media trends especially within premium consumer product spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 4 years of social media experience preferably in DTC or consumer brands.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Ability to produce and edit video content is preferred.
- Mindset: Selfstarter with a proactive mindset and strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions on social platforms.
- Cultural Fit: Familiarity with global brands and/or premium lifestyle products is a plus.
