The Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement is a leadership role within the Ion Chromatography and Sample Preparation business unit. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations this position is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives at the Sunnyvale consumables manufacturing site and supporting global operations. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through Lean Manufacturing Supply Chain management concepts and advanced data analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing manufacturing business by implementing effective continuous improvement strategies and bringing to bear brandnew technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $141800.00$212000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
