Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a CaptainStewardRunner at our Hyderabad location. This fulltime juniorlevel position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing food and beverage offerings within our esteemed establishment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer service is a mandatory skill essential for ensuring satisfactory dining experiences and addressing guest needs effectively.
  • Food and beverage management is a mandatory skill for overseeing service operations and ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
  • Team leadership capabilities to motivate and guide staff towards achieving collective organizational goals.
  • Experience with POS systems to facilitate efficient order processing and financial transactions.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution to address and resolve customer and team grievances promptly and amicably.
  • Time management skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively maintaining optimal service standards at all times.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe dining environment.
  • Experience in inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee table service operations ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a seamless flow of operations and order fulfillment.
  • Manage and train service staff providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and team synergy.
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure all areas are compliant with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and culinary team to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions assisting with endofday financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Support inventory management activities by conducting periodic stock checks and preparing requisition orders as needed.
