Job Description
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
Provide information about products prices and promotions
Help customers find specific items or recommend gifts
Handle returns or exchanges following store policy
Sales & Cashiering
Operate cash register and process sales transactions
Handle cash credit card and mobile payments accurately
Issue receipts and give correct change
Upsell or suggest addon products when appropriate
Merchandising & Inventory
Restock shelves and display areas as needed
Arrange merchandise to be visually appealing and organized
Monitor inventory levels and report lowstock items
Tag and label new items
Store Maintenance
Keep the store tidy and clean (sweeping dusting organizing)
Maintain attractive product displays and promotional signage
Ensure fitting rooms or display cases are neat (if applicable)
Other Responsibilities
Open and close the store including setting up displays or counting the till
Follow security procedures to prevent theft or loss
Assist with seasonal or promotional events
