Job Description

Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Certification as an urine DOT substance testing collector within 90 days of employment is required.
- Certification as a breathe DOT substance testing collector within 90 days of employment is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of employment is required.

Pay Range:
$18.00 $25.20A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
