About This Role

We are seeking an experienced highly skilled and selfmotivated person to be a key member of the Collierville Factory Finance Team.
The ideal candidate will have an accounting and/or finance background and interest in supporting a highvolume manufacturing operation. Overall this position will provide financial support to the factory team by supporting the monthly close & forecast process annual plan variance analysis KPI tracking & reporting and helping identify and drive factory productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs financial analysis research budgets and forecasts to support business plans
Analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and initial recommendations
Prepares P&L balance sheet and cash flow reports
Performs analysis on budgets forecasts inventory and / or sales margins
Prepares spreadsheets charts and reports for analysis
Audits financial practices to review accuracy and compliance with regulations laws and standards
Provides ad hoc analysis and support for projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
3 years of Finance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree preferred
Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience
Proficient MS office skills with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) a plus.
Project management skills with attention to detail and delivering a quality work product on time.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey results of analysis concisely and effectively both orally and in written format.
Detail oriented well organized and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements within the finance department in order to streamline the month end close and forecasting processes.
Knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and internal controls procedures.
