About the opportunity
The Senior Relationship Manager plays a critical role in operationalising the Recruitment Engagement & Marketing portfolios strategy and achieving student recruitment performance targets. The position is responsible for establishing developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders including educators students industry and notforprofits and will have people and project management responsibilities.
The Senior Relationship Manager will be required to attend out of hours activities and spend periods of time travelling including intra and interstate travel. The ability to take annual leave at certain times of the year may also be limited.
What youll do:
- Grow relationships with key education sector stakeholders with the goal of supporting enrolments
- Support and nurture a collaborative and purposedriven team culture to achieve mutually agreed goals and targets.
- Utilise a datadriven approach informed by market insights and business intelligence to achieve agreed application and enrolment targets.
- Lead and project manage dedicated crossfunctional working groups to identify opportunities and plan and implement recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and University policy and procedure audit risk and financial requirements.
What were looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in sales marketing management or education and extensive experience in a relevant field or an equivalent combination.
- A successful trackrecord in student recruitment or business development.
- Demonstrated ability in leading and working effectively as part of a team independently with initiative problem solving ability and accountability on projects.
- Highlevel communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people of various skills experience and background to achieve winwin outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and bringing individuals and teams together to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 7 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $126637 comprising base salary within the range of $98473 to $108237 plus 17 superannuation.
