Duties and Responsibilities
Generate sales business for Gold loan Business loan and PL Ensure timely collection Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business Local knowledge of the market competition and industry. Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team. Competitive Assessment: The individual should exhibit indepth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics. Regular market visit and updating Daily Visit report Sales & Collect responsibility Clearing day to day customer queries
