Job Description
OTN is a lab at the Newhouse School where all students are invited to create and tell their stories through realworld program development production editing and promotions work. The Production Assistant coordinates with the OTN General Manager to ensure student productions (instudio and onlocation) marketing and events productions and partnershiprelated productions proceed in a professional and timely manner. This person will also act as an inoffice resource for students when the General Manager is away or otherwise occupied and will assist with various video editing tasks.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with General Manager on current and upcoming projects including productions in coordination with Syracuse University marketing Newhouse events and OTN student productions as well as other partnership productions as needed. Supervise students during OTN productions taking place in Clark Studios. Use Cheqroom program to check equipment in and out for students using OTN tech resources. Edit short promos multicam events and other projects as needed for OTN and its various partners.
