With your expertise as Sales Manager (all genders) you will strengthen our position as market leader while achieving new successes together with our excellent team.
Wemolo is a service and innovation leader in digital parking space management and with a growth of 23000 since 2019 the fastestgrowing startup in Germany.
360 degrees sales: You are the central point of contact when introducing Wemolo to new customers with the aim of winning them and future key customers for us and achieving a sustainable increase in sales
Customer management: You manage the complete sales cycle by independently conducting presentations contract negotiations and contract conclusions at all management levels and maintaining longterm customer relationships
Lead generation: Your skills in effectively qualifying and prioritising leads will help you to develop highquality sales pipelines
Structures and KPIs: You continuously track your targets on a weekly monthly & quarterly basis (individually & at team level) and report them to your manager
Team: At Wemolo the team takes centre stage: you work closely with colleagues from different departments to find the best solutions for our customers and continuously develop Wemolo further
Your Background: You have sound experience in B2B sales especially in outbound sales
Industry knowledge: Your expertise extends to the software sector preferably in the areas of PropTech and Real Estate Tech
Structure and analysis: You demonstrate an excellent analytical understanding and are proficient in tools such as Salesforce
Performance: Your ambition thirst for knowledge and drive motivate you to develop quickly
Communication: With a strong personal presence you are able to communicate even complex issues in an understandable way
Languages: You are a native speaker of Italian and speak English further foreign language skills are an advantage
