Diesel Mechanic Join Our Team!
Waste Connections of Nebraska Norfolk
Location: Norfolk Nebraska
Pay Range: $30 $33 per hour $7500 StayOn Bonus
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What Youll Do as a Diesel Mechanic:
Perform repairs inspections and diagnostics on diesel vehicles including electrical hydraulic suspension brake and air systems
Utilize vehicle computer electrical systems to interpret failure modes and adjust engine and vehicle control modules
Respond to road calls for emergency repairs
Review complete or assign repairs identified on driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
Complete required paperwork using fleet maintenance software
Test drive trucks after services and repairs
Assist team members with repairs as needed
Maintain a safe clean work area in compliance with OSHA and company standards
What Were Looking For:
Proficiency in diesel vehicle diagnostics preventative maintenance and repair
Basic tool set (Tool Allowance Provided!
Hydraulic experience is a plus
Commitment to safety teamwork and professionalism
